Middletown Police report the following incidents

May 28
SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 8:48 p.m., police were called to a home on Meetinghouse Lane about a man out of control throwing things around an apartment. The report says they were met by an "emotional" female who was shaking and said Tim Gage, 43, of Burr Avenue, who had damaged her possessions. Police found a broken glass table top, television, mugs and other items and searched for Gage using the GPS from his cell phone. That showed, according to the report, he had been near Clinton Avenue and Harbor Park. Gage was found at a friend's house, police say, and brought to Middlesex Hospital for evaluation. The girlfriend told police her friend had made a comment asking the couple not to fight, which angered Gage, who kicked the friend out, then drank six 16 ounce cans of Natural Ice beer in three and a half hours. His rampage, police say, caused about $500 in damage.

FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS — At 4:30 p.m., Middletown Police narcotics officers were surveilling a suspected trafficker, Christopher S. Fox Jr., 25, of Woodbury Circle, whom residents had complained was selling drugs from Wharfside Commons on Ferry Street, according to the report. Building management told police he is not a resident there and had been warned multiple times to stay away. The report says police, monitoring Fox's activities through videocameras at headquarters, saw him loitering.

May 27
DUI, FAILURE TO OBEY CONTROL SIGNAL — At 1:03 a.m., Zachary Gulley, 22, of Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was driving a Chevrolet Blazer on Court and Main streets while hanging out his driver's side door yelling at a passing pedestrian, according to the report. An officer saw Gulley turn onto Main without using a signal and accelerate rapidly, according to the report. He smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot and glossy eyes and when asked for his identification and insurance told police he had offered them already. Gulley told the officer he was coming from Mezzo's Grille and had consumed two beers there, according to the report. He failed sobriety tests and his blood alcohol levels registered .182 and .164, according to the report.

May 21
SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE — At 5:15 p.m., Kathleen Leahy, 21, of Rose Circle was fighting with a child on Liberty and Pearl streets, according to the report, grabbing, pushing and trying to hit the juvenile. Leahy ignored the officer's commands to stop, the report says, and was angry the juvenile was dating her ex-boyfriend and had "jumped her," on the corner.
