MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Norwalk earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 16, Sao Nokham, of Middletown, purchased a 20X Cash 6th Edition ticket from the Cumberland Farms in Norwalk and won $20,000.
