$12K Worth Of Damage Caused At Liquor Store, 1 Charged: Milford PD
Bottles were thrown on the ground, and the display case was broken, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A New Haven Man is accused of causing $12,000 worth of damage at Total Wines and More, Milford Police Department said.
On Thursday, Oct. 26, officers were dispatched to Total Wines and More for a disturbance, police said.
The suspect, John Reynolds, 56, of New Haven, was detained by officers, police said.

The manager stated that Reynolds went into the store and inquired about purchasing a large amount of Patron, police said.
While waiting for staff, Reynolds began banging on the locked Patron case, breaking the glass and starting to remove bottles of Patron, Police said.

Reynolds placed some of the Patron bottles in his cart, and others he threw to the ground, breaking the bottles, police said.
The broken bottles and case were estimated to be valued at $12,000, police said.
Reynolds was taken into custody and charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and 1st-degree criminal mischief, police said.
