Car Caches Fire On I-95: Milford Fire Department
Fire Crews were dispatched to the car fire Tuesday evening, Adam Hansen, Milford Fire Department, PIO, said.

MILFORD, CT — A car caught fire on I-95 Tuesday evening, Adam Hansen, Milford Fire Department PIO, said.
On Tuesday, Nov. 28, around 7:09 p.m., the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) received a 911 call for a report of a car fire on I-95 Northbound around Exit 39, Hansen said.
When fire crews arrived, they found a single passenger-style vehicle on fire, Hansen said.

Companies positioned the apparatus for blocking, stretching, and attack lines. They extinguished the fire and overhauled the vehicle, Hansen said.
No injuries were reported, and all fire department members made it safely off the highway, Hansen said.
