Downed Trees Close Road In Milford: Police

MILFORD, CT — Downed trees and power lines closed North Street early Sunday evening in Milford.

The street was closed north of Eisenhower Park between Kozlowski and Woodruff roads, Milford police said in a social media post shortly before 6 p.m., urging people to avoid the area.

Traffic was being detoured to Woodruff Road, right to Orange Avenue, and right to Kozlowski Road, according to police.
