Employee Stole $10K From Milford Restaurant, Police Say
A man is facing identity theft and larceny charges after police say he used a "ghost employee" scheme to steal the money.
MILFORD, CT — An employee is accused of stealing $10,437 from Dave and Buster's in Milford, according to police.
Clive Haynes, 42, of Stamford, was charged with second-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, and second-degree identity theft, police said.
Haynes is accused of taking cash from the restaurant's safe and paying a "ghost employee" over the course of five months, according to police.

He turned himself in on an active arrest warrant Dec. 2.
Haynes was released on a promise to appear in court Dec. 30.
