John Ratzenberger Lists Milford Beachside Home For $2.4M: Report
The 'Cheers' star has listed his home, which features 3,500 square feet and four bedrooms.
MILFORD, CT — Anyone who is a "Cheers" fan will be able to buy the home of Cheers star John Ratzenberger as he has listed his beachside Connecticut home for $2.4 million, according to a news report by Realtor.com.
The house, built in 1860, features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, located right on the water overlooking Long Island Sound.
It features around 3,500 square feet, an open floor plan through the downstairs, and French doors that open into a spacious deck. The house is listed at $2.45 million and last sold in 2011 for $1.13 million, according to Realtor.com.

Ratzenberger is best known for playing Cliff Calvin on the popular show "Cheers." He has also voice acted in several films, including "Toy Story," and "A Bug's Life."
Ratzenberger has been a visible presence in Milford for a long time. In 2016, he was the keynote speaker for the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting & Awards of Distinction ceremony.

In 2022, Ratzenberger chaired the Milford United Way's campaign. Ratzenberger told the Milford Mirror in 2022 that he said yes to helping the Milford United Way because "what they stand for, helping people in the community, was a no-brainer." Milford United Way Executive Director Barry Berman told the Milford Mirror that "John is very genuine and cares a lot about what's going on in Milford."
