Does anyone in your family work in politics or government?
No
Have you ever held a public office, whether appointive or elective?
No
Why are you seeking this office?
I am seeking this position to help with the problems expressed by resident in my district. No one is listening to their concerns and they need an advocate. That advocate is me.
Please complete this statement: The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is __, and this is what I intend to do about it.
Taxes, over-developement of the City.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
The other candidates simply vote amoung party lines. There is no idependence. There is not enough emphasis on helping our police, fire and rescue departments. There is no help for the small business owners.
If you are challenging an incumbent, in what way has the current officeholder failed the community?
Once they are elected you never hear from them again. I bet that the residents of the Second District do not even know the names of the Democratic Aldreman. That is a shame.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
I intend to address adding additional police officers. I intend to address whatever our heroes in the police, fire and rescue departments need.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I would say not only being a Past President of the Milford bar asociation but also over thirty years of advocating for clients and not giving up on them.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
"Its a long life and a short bar" Treat everyone with respect. If you are talking, you are not listening.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I will always be available to field questions or listen to what the residents have to say. They can be assured that those issues will be discussed and that they will have an advocate in City hall.
