Milford Point Brewing does not mention any potential closure or sale on its website or social media pages.

The brewery is currently open Thursday and Friday from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 7 p.m., according to its website.

The pandemic hit Milford Point Brewing hard, with revenues plummeting 60 percent in 2020.

"This is an ideal investment for a craft beer enthusiast or entrepreneur seeking to enter or expand in the booming craft brewing market," Parry said. "Milford Point Brewing has already weathered market changes, including the pandemic, by adapting with to-go can sales and retail expansion — offering both history and future potential."

Parry said the price of purchasing the business is not being advertised.

Milford Point Brewing did not return a reporter's requests seeking comment.
