Popular Restaurant Chain To Open Milford Mall Location

MILFORD, CT — A new Colombian restaurant will open at the Connecticut Post Mall later this year. Noches de Colombia is a "beloved culinary destination known for its authentic Colombian cuisine and vibrant atmosphere," according to a statement from the mall.

Noches de Colombia operates over 20 locations in New York and New Jersey along with a Connecticut location in Stamford.

The restaurant will take over the former 8 Thousand Pizza spot. Items on the menu will include Bandeja Paisa, arepas, empanadas, and a variety of grilled meats, seafood, and vegetarian options.

The restaurant will also have a selection of freshly made shakes and juices, classic Colombian desserts, and a full bar featuring signature cocktails.

“We are incredibly excited to have Noches de Colombia open its doors at Connecticut Post Mall,” Ken Sterba, mall general manager, said in a statement. “This new addition allows us to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience, whether they’re looking for a quick lunch, a family dinner, or a lively night out.”

While an exact date has not yet been announced, an early fall grand opening is expected.

"We're eager to welcome new and familiar faces to enjoy our traditional dishes, lively atmosphere, and warm Colombian hospitality. Get ready for an authentic culinary journey right here in Milford!"

Other recent restaurant openings at the mall include Casa Cuba, Pho Fusion, and Sunrise Cafe.
