Billy Joel To Play Mohegan Sun In 2025

MONTVILLE, CT — Billy Joel will return to Mohegan Sun Arena for the first time since 2008. He's scheduled to play the arena Feb. 22, 2025.

Tickets go on sale Sept. 13 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.com. Tickets are also available via the Mohegan Sun Box Office starting Sept. 14, subject to availability.

In 2008, Joel completed a sold-out, 10-show residency where he performed for over 100,000 fans, according to Mohegan Sun.

"Billy Joel ranks as one of the most popular recording artists and respected entertainers in history," according to a statement. "The singer/songwriter/composer is the sixth best-selling recording artist and the fourth best-selling solo artist with over 160 million records sold worldwide. His 1985 compilation album, Greatest Hits Vol. 1 & 2, is one of the best-selling albums in the United States."

Joel’s songs have "acted as personal and cultural touchstones for millions across five decades," as he's crafted hits like "Piano Man," "It's Still Rock and Roll to Me," "Tell Her About It," and "We Didn't Start the Fire."
