The following arrest information was supplied by Connecticut State Police and Montville Police. It does not indicate convictions.

Jan. 1
At 2:11 a.m., police arrested Ali Mosuar, 21, of 3 Windemere Way, Woodbury, NY, and charged him with driving without headlights and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was assessed a cash bond of $50,000 and given a Jan. 17 court date. The arrest came at the intersection of Route 32 and Woodland Drive.
Jan. 2
At 5:45 p.m., Montville Police arrested Anthony Sylvester, 53, of 1207 Exeter Road, Lebanon, and charged him with assault in the second degree and breach of peace. He was assessed a $25,000 surety bond and given a Jan. 17 court date. The arrest was on a court-issued warrant pursuant to a physical altercation on Noble Hill Road in Montville.
Jan. 3
At 2:21 p.m., Montville Police arrested Michelle Bellefleur, 43, of 78 Glendale Road, Oakdale, and charged her with failure to drive right and driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. She was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given a Jan. 17 court date. The arrest came after a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Connecticut Boulevard and California Drive.
At 8:51 p.m., police responded to Connecticut Boulevard at Oregon Drive for a report of a man sleeping in the woods. They arrested Walter Clark, 54, of 439 Chapel Hill Road, Montville, and charged him with violation of probation. A $20,000 cash bond was assessed and he was given a Jan. 3 court date.
Jan. 4
At 3:19 p.m., Montville Police arrested Brendan Don, 19, of 23 Quarry Road, Waterford, and charged him with fourth-degree larceny. He was assessed a $2,500 nonsurety bond and given a Jan. 29 court date. The report charges him with stealing motors from the junkyard at Ski’s Garage and scrapping them at Connecticut Scrap.
Jan. 5
At 6 p.m., Montville Police arrested Matthew Mastalski, 45, of 875-2 Old Colchester Road, and charged him with risk of injury and disorderly conduct. He was assessed a $1,000 nonsurety bond and given a Jan. 6 court date.
Jan. 7
At 5:10 p.m., police arrested Orlando Cruz, 23, of Brooklyn, NY, and charged him with breach of peace/ exhibiting or distributing sexually explicit material. He was assessed a $500 surety bond and given a Jan. 9 court date. The arrest came at Mohegan Sun Casino.
At 4:40 p.m., police arrested Emerson Munoz, 32, of 2510 65thSt., Brooklyn, NY, and charged him with breach of peace, and fighting, capable of causing injury. He was assessed a $500 nonsurety bond and given a Jan. 19 court date. The arrest came at Mohegan Sun bus lobby. The fight was with Orlando Cruz, named in the arrest preceding this one; Cruz sustained minor injuries.
Jan. 9
At 2:30 p.m., Connecticut State Police were dispatched to Norwich City Hall to assist Norwich police in serving a failure-to-appear warrant on Anthony Kobyluck, 25, of 593 Route 82, Oakdale. Kobyluck was arrested without incident and assessed a $2,500 bond.
