Eric Clapton Announces Mohegan Sun Show This Fall

The classic rock icon will play at the resort casino, part of a limited set of shows he will perform in the U.S. this year.

MONTVILLE, CT — Legendary guitarist and vocalist Eric Clapton will perform at the Mohegan Sun Arena, part of a limited set of shows he will perform in the U.S. this year.

The tour begins in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena on Sept. 8 and heads to Mohegan Sun on Sept. 20 at 7 p.m.

He will be joined in support by special guest The Wallflowers.

Tickets to see Clapton go on sale Friday, March 7, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.

Fans can also purchase tickets at the Mohegan Sun Box Office beginning on Saturday, March 8, subject to availability.

The tour comes following the release of Clapton’s recent studio album, Meanwhile, from Bushbranch/Surfdog Records.

The album features collaborations with Jeff Beck, Van Morrison, Bradley Walker, Judith Hill, Daniel Santiago, and Simon Climie, with six brand-new songs and eight previously released singles.

Clapton is renowned for his solo career as well as his work with such iconic bands as the Yardbirds, Blind Faith, and Cream.
