Mohegan Sun Hands Out Huge Jackpot To Florida Man

UNCASVILLE, CT — A Florida man won more than $135,000 on a slot machine at Mohegan Sun earlier this week, casino officials said.

David S., of Sarasota, hit the Grand Progressive jackpot on the "HUFF N’ EVEN MORE PUFF" slot machine by Light & Wonder while playing at Mohegan Sun’s Casino of the Sky on Monday. He was betting $30 when the machine paid out $135,388.62.

Mohegan Sun has expanded its lineup of HUFF N’ PUFF-themed machines over the past year. The games, which include titles such as “HUFF N’ MORE PUFF,” “HUFF N’ X-TRA PUFF,” and “HUFF N’ PUFF HIGH RISE,” are among the most played in both Casino of the Sky and Casino of the Earth, officials said.
