An Uncasville man died of injuries sustained in an accident Monday morning on I-395.
Randal Jacques, 43, died during surgery at Backus Hospital, according to The Day. Jacques was riding a motorcycle north on the interstate when he crashed into the center guardrail outside the Connecticut State Police Troop E barracks. He was not wearing a helmet.
A Connecticut State Police spokesperson said a full report on the accident was not available on Monday afternoon.
