Pawn Stars' Rick Harrison Headlines Mohegan Sun Home & Garden Show

MONTVILLE, CT — The Jenks Production's Home & Garden Show at Mohegan Sun is scheduled for next weekend with special guest Rick Harrison from "Pawn Stars."

The event will be Feb. 14 to 16 at the 125,000 square-foot Earth Expo Center. The resort casino hosts the longest-running regional home show, which draws thousands of visitors annually.

Harrison will be available to meet the public at the Xfinity Booth on Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"From selling bags at swap meets to running the world-famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas, Rick’s journey from humble beginnings to global TV stardom is as remarkable as it is inspiring," according to a Mohegan Sun statement. "His love of learning and sharp business acumen turned a quirky family dynamic and a unique pawn shop into one of cable TV’s most beloved shows, airing in over 150 countries."

One of the event's biggest draws every year is its education courses. This year there will be 21 lecturers doing 29 courses on a variety of topics from raising chickens to beekeeping to sustainable gardening.
