Springsteen's SUV Gets Flat Tire, But He Still Makes Mohegan Sun Show

MONTVILLE, CT — Bruce Springsteen was apparently held up by a flat tire on his way to play a Mohegan Sun show. The Boss posted a photo on social media showing him sitting next to an SUV with a flat tire with the caption, "On the way to Mohegan Sun."

The flat tire happened near Keyport in the area of the Jersey shore, The Asbury Park Press reported.

Springsteen and the E Street Band still made the Friday show on time and played a 27-song set at Mohegan Sun.

The show opened with "a casino-themed two-pack of 'Roll Of The Dice' and 'Lucky Town'" and featured the tour debut of “Seeds.”

“Prove It All Night” was dropped for the first time on the tour, according to Springsteen's Instagram post.

Previously, Springsteen had two concerts canceled at Mohegan Sun last year due to illness.
