Naugatuck Fire Hiring For Deputy Fire Marshal, Dispatcher
Applications are now open for the positions of deputy fire marshal and fire dispatcher. Here's how to apply.
NAUGATUCK, CT — The Naugatuck Fire Department is now hiring for the positions of deputy fire marshal and fire dispatcher.
In a Facebook post Thursday, fire officials said applications are now open for both positions in Naugatuck.
According to the department, the fire dispatcher position is presently part of the IAFF L1219 fire fighter's union and works "a 24 on 72 off shift."

The department also noted the position may transition to a police and fire dispatcher job within two years. Those who wish to apply can find more information here.
