Crash Sends 4 To Hospital In Newington: Police

NEWINGTON, CT — Local police are asking for the public's help in investigating a vehicular collision Tuesday morning that sent four to the hospital.

According to the Newington Police Department, the accident was at about 6:59 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Cedar Street and Willard Avenue.

That's when police were called to the intersection to investigate a reported motor vehicle crash.

Police said two vehicles collided near that intersection and four were taken to area hospital for undisclosed injuries or conditions.

The Midstate Accident Reconstruction Squad responded to assist with the investigation.
