NEWINGTON, CT - A Newington resident is $15,208 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 13, Anthony Cruz, of Newington, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Park Street Package Store in Hartford and won $15,208.
