New London Café To Be Featured In Hallmark Christmas Movie
Connecticut continues to be a favorite location for Hallmark productions.
NEW LONDON, CT — A New London café will be the setting for a new Christmas movie, according to The Stamford Advocate. Muddy Waters Café on Bank Street was closed Monday for filming for a Hallmark movie filming, according to a post on the eatery's Facebook page.
The production is titled "The Christmas Fix," and the owner of the café said it's "an honor" to have the movie filmed there. Not much has been revealed about the movie, including a premiere date or details on the cast.
The café's owner said they've received a lot of support following the announcement and that there are others interested in filming at the location, according to The Stamford Advocate.
