Schedules For 2 New London Road Construction Projects Released
Police issued a notice regarding two road work projects that the DOT will begin this month.
NEW LONDON, CT — Two Connecticut DOT road construction projects will begin in New London soon, according to police.
The first is work on Colman Street from Bayonet Street to Jefferson Avenue starting Sunday. The work will be conducted from 6:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Milling will begin Sunday, then paving will be Aug. 20-22, weather permitting.

Work on Williams Street from Briggs Street to Huntington Street and on Briggs Street from Williams Street to Norwood Avenue will begin Wednesday. The work will be conducted from 6:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
Milling will begin Wednesday, then paving will be Aug. 23 until completed, weather permitting.
