A pizzeria will be moving to a new location in the near future.
NORWICH, CT — A downtown pizzeria will be moving to a new location in Norwich. La Stella Pizzeria made the announcement recently on Facebook.
The pizzeria is located at 1 Market St. and will be making the move to the Pie Hops space, currently at 80 Broadway.

When Pie Hops, a gastropub, comes to the end of their lease, La Stella "will be renovating their space and then will be moving in."
La Stella will move into a building that dates back to 1860 that is less than 1,000 feet from the pizzeria's current space. The move comes as the owner said the pizzeria has grown and will need more space along with additional parking, according to The Day of New London.

The pizzeria has served Norwich since 2001 with "perfect thin-crust pizzas and Italian classics," according to the restaurant's website.
