Jeff Griffin, 83, of Oxford, beloved husband of Mary (Dolan) Griffin, entered peaceful rest on April 12, 2025. Growing up in Huntington, Jeff worked in the plastic molding business, starting as a toolmaker and then moving into manufacturing engineering. He worked for Hubbell Plastics in Newtown for 25 years and then General Electric in Bridgeport for five years. After retiring, he enjoyed playing as much golf as possible at Pomperaug Golf Club and other courses.

Linda Penny, 75, of Seymour, beloved wife of the late John E. Penny, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She grew up in Bridgeport and graduated from Harding High School. A longtime resident of Bridgeport, Linda moved to Ansonia in 2012 and later to Seymour in 2022. Linda was a lifelong Elvis fan who enjoyed bingo, Monopoly, and board games.
