Marianne (Prosnick) Klimkowsky, 77, beloved wife of 58 years of David P. Klimkowsky, died peacefully on May 26, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was a 1965 graduate of Shelton High School, and enjoyed a long career working in the benefits department of the United Illuminating Co. for over 20 years, until her retirement in 2007. She was a talented artist and created many drawings, etchings and floral crafts that brightened her home and homes of many fortunate recipients. She found great joy in hosting family gatherings, especially for the holidays when her baking and homemade pierogi were enjoyed by all.
Greyson Luyando, 12, cherished son of John and Courtney (Bittner) Luyando, entered peaceful rest on May 26, 2025 surrounded by family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was a current student at Seymour Middle School, where he made lasting friendships with both faculty and his classmates. Greyson was full of energy and had a passion for playing his favorite sport, basketball. He enjoyed video games and loved sneakers. Greyson was strong, brave, had a great sense of humor and a smile that could light up a room. Above all, he will be remembered as a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend who touched the heart of everyone he knew.

Jadwiga "Gosia" (Gorski) Szleszynska, 59, beloved wife of 40 years of Kazimierz Szleszynski, died peacefully on May 26, 2025 with her family by her side. She immigrated to the United States from Poland in 1993, settling in Shelton before moving to Seymour 28 years ago. She worked for W. B. Bassett Company, prior to her 18-year career at Bridgeport Hospital in the environmental services department. She enjoyed cooking for her family and tending to her flower gardens, and appreciated all kinds of music and watching comedy movies.
