Fred Crowe, 72, passed away of natural causes in his Woodbury home on November 25, 2015. He was a man of poetry and mathematics. We’ll miss you “Larry.”

Fred was born in Bridgeport on May 10, 1943, to the late Frederick and Veronica Crowe. He grew up in Oxford. He leaves behind his daughter, Onaya Youngquist Wolfson, daughter-in-law Chris Wolfson, grandchildren Gwynnevere, Alyda and Timothy Wolfson of Southbury, his siblings, Robert and Marcia Crowe of Oxford, William and Brigitte Crowe of Oxford, Edward and Linda Crowe of Oxford and Margaret Helm of Guilford, as well as many nieces, nephews and very dear friends.

He was predeceased by his granddaughter, Aryana Youngquist of Southbury, and his sister, Maureen Fitzpatrick of Oxford.

Services will be held May 14, 2016, at his daughter’s residence in Southbury.
