Oxford Church Introduces Program for Separated and Divorced
The program, "New Life," is a 10-week program at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, designed for those going through early separation processes.

“New Life” is a 10-week program at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, which is designed for those in the early stages of separation or divorce. It’s intentions are to provide recently divorced or separated individuals time to work through their loss and pain.
In this program, they offer a “safe place” for people to gain a perspective on their loss. Some of the topics that will be addressed in the program are: self-image, stress, anger, blame and guilt, loneliness, and how to move forward toward growth.
The program consists of one meeting each week from 7 to 9 p.m. for 10 weeks, along with exercises expected to be practiced between sessions.

If you are interested in attending, the first session will be on Tuesday, Sept. 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish Center, Lower Level.
Registration is necessary to ensure that materials are available for all attendees. Cost is $10 for book/supplies.
