Oxford Man Killed In ATV Crash In Maine: Report
The crash occurred Monday afternoon in Madrid, Maine, according to authorities.
MADRID, ME — A 47-year-old Oxford man was killed Monday in an all-terrain vehicle crash in Madrid, Maine, reported News Center Maine and other media outlets.
Sebastian Constantini was operating the ATV down an incline on Potato Hill Road when he lost control and crashed, roughly 60 miles from Augusta, ME.
Authorities said Constantini was not wearing a helmet at the time and suffered head and neck injuries when he was thrown off the vehicle in the crash.

WTNH-TV reported that the crash occurred at about 4 p.m. as Constantini, who was with his brother and a friend, was riding back to the Saddleback Inn in Rangeley, ME. The three had been riding ATVs throughout the day.
Constantini's brother rendered medical aid until emergency responders arrived, but he was pronounced dead at the scene, reported Fox61.

The crash is under investigation by the Maine Warden Service, but authorities reportedly said that speed appeared to be a factor.
