Vehicle Crashes Into CVS In Litchfield: Fire Officials
Two people suffered injuries in the Tuesday afternoon crash on West Street in Litchfield.
LITCHFIELD, CT — A vehicle crashed into a CVS on West Street in Litchfield early Tuesday afternoon, injuring two people, according to the Bantam Fire Company.
Details of the crash were not available, but one person had to be extricated from the vehicle, and another person was wedged between the vehicle and shelving in the store and had to be pulled out, fire officials wrote on Facebook (see below).
Both people were taken to area hospitals for treatment, but the extent of their injuries is not known.

State police troopers are investigating the crash, which was reported just after 12 p.m.
