He leaves behind his beloved and devoted mom, Debra J. Lennon, of Glastonbury, CT. His grandmother, Joan Lennon, his aunt, Susan Lennon, both of Rocky Hill, and his life partner, Amy Fletcher, of Sheffield, MA, also grieve his loss beyond words. A passionate science geek, brilliant mechanic, and lover of nature, he adored without abandon many activities, including skateboarding, snowboarding, drawing, working at an international mining company, hiking, figuring things out and fixing them, music of all genres, and surprising people with his gallantry and wit, and his sweet, sly sense of humor.

He left us all too soon, but Mike’s many relatives and friends, including those who predeceased him - his grandfather James Lennon, his fur-family Jesse, Erin, Maggie and Isaac, and his great-grandma Rose Lennon - will also remember for eternity the gifts he gave us: compassion, forgiveness, and an abiding sense of family.
You are forever in our hearts, Michael, may your star shine brightly and your spirit fly as free as a flag unfurling on a crisp fall day. Godspeed.
