ROCKY HILL, CT - A Cromwell resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Rocky Hill earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 21, Manuel Pine, of Cromwell, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from Road Runners in Rocky Hill and won $30,000.
