ROCKY HILL, CT — Police said the community experienced car break-ins Tuesday morning. The suspect vehicle is a black Honda CRV with a partial license plate starting with AL or AZ, police said. The last report was in the area of Silo Drive and Corn Crib Lane Tuesday morning, police said. "Suspects are trying door handles looking for unlocked car doors," police said. Police urged residents to call 911 if they spot the suspect vehicle.
