1 Hurt in 4-Car Crash on I-691 in Southington

One person was hospitalized following a four-car crash about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday on near eastbound Exit 4 of Interstate 691.

Two Toyota Camrys, a four-door Chevy sedan and a Kia Optima were involved, according to myrecordjournal.com.

State police are continuing their investigation of the crash that temporarily closed down the eastbound lanes and one westbound lane of the highway. The injured person is being treated at Hartford Hospital for non-life threatening injuries, according to the report that can be found here.
