Colin Cowherd Is Leaving ESPN, Could Join Fox Sports
The radio host moves on after 12 years.
National ESPN Radio host Colin Cowherd is leaving the network, the Bristol-based sports media giant said in a statement Thursday.
“We’ve enjoyed a mutually beneficial run with Colin for over a decade,” ESPN President John Skipper said. “He came to national prominence on ESPN with his unique perspective on sports and society. Endings also bring new beginnings, for ESPN and Colin, and we thank him and wish him the best.”
Cowherd has been one of ESPN’s most recognizable personalities since 2003, when he became a national radio host. His show is simulcast on ESPNU, and he used to also host SportsNation.
