How Happy Are Connecticut's Employees?
A new employee survey answers that question and the results may surprise you.
TINYpulse, an employee survey product, which offers weekly employee happiness surveys, says it has compiled “Which State has the Happiest Employees?” list.
TINYpulse says it’s findings are based on 400,000 nationwide surveys.

Overall, responses indicated that Tennessee’s employees are the happiest with an overall 8.0 score.
Followed closely behind with a 7.9 score are Alabama, New Mexico and Utah. Then at 7.8 are Mississippi, North Dakota and Texas.

Connecticut came in at No. 27 overall for employee happiness with a score of 7.4.
Connecticut was just behind the average score of 7.5. The least happiest state for employees is West Virginia.
Connecticut also finished ahead of both New York and New Jersey in the happiness scale.
