Southington Police Blotter: 48 Nabbed for Seatbelts, Hit-And-Run Case Closed
The following arrest information was provided by the Southington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Click-It or Ticket campaign continues and the town is still seeing a high number of violations as nearly 50 people - 48 to be exact - were issued infractions over the weekend. Put those seatbelts on or pay the price!
Police also reported Tuesday that the case against a Plainville man charged in a February accident that killed one woman and injured two others has been closed and is now in the hands of the court. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.
The Southington Police Department reported the following arrests:
May 9
Edward Fascendini, 46, of 66 Whiting St. in Plainville, was charged with misconduct with a motor vehicle and evading responsibility in an accident, May 9.
May 29
Kristen M. Perrott, 49, of 5 Roseanne Lane in Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, May 29.
June 1
Jerissa Gonclaves, 18, of 166 Plainville Ave. in Unionville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, June 1.
Michael Lemay, 22, of 72 Williams St. in Plainville, was charged with violation of a protective order, June 1.
June 2
Cynthia Cuccaro, 49, of 57 Berlin Ave. in Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to insure motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, June 2.
June 3
Jonathan Bechard, 24, of 13 Vance Drive in Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of second-degree threatening, June 3.
Sandy Lada, 42, of 71 Norton St. in Plantsville, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, June 3.

Forty-eight (48) people were cited with seatbelt violations.
Six people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Three people were cited with using a cell phone while driving.
Three people were cited with simple trespassing.
Three people were cited with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
Two people were cited with operating a motor vehicle without proper insurance.
One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
One person was cited with unsafe backing.
One person was cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
One person was cited with failure to grant right of way.
