Courtney Lynn Patenaude, 24, of Pondview Drive, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:10 p.m. She was to appear in court April 23.
Justin Kace Parsell, 32, of Henry Avenue, Stratford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:19 a.m. He was to appear in court April 22.

April 23
John S. Pappajohn, 62, of East Street, New Milford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court April 23.
Claude Stephan Nation, 25, of Franklin Avenue, Hartford, was charged with reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court April 24.
Jeremy Gonzalez-Torres, 20, of Warren Street, Meriden, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, third-degree larceny, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 9:52 a.m. He was to appear in court April 23.
Stephanie Beaulieu, 54, of Woodbridge Circle, Canton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny; conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny; third-degree robbery; and conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery at 10:10 a.m. She was to appear in court April 23.
April 24
Carrie Ann Schelmety, 40, of Lake Avenue, Nesconset, N.Y., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 6:35 a.m. She will appear in court May 8.
Rigo Santiago, 37, of Chestnut Street, New Britain, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 7:33 p.m. He will appear in court May 8.
Tyler Jarrel Ransom, 25, of Pine Street, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:23 p.m. He will appear in court May 7.
Glen A. Hamel, 54, of Berlin Avenue, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:34 a.m. He will appear in court May 8.
April 25
Kimberly Vancedarfield, 44, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:52 a.m. She was to appear in court April 28.
Susan I. Sullivan, 78, of Deepwood Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:30 a.m. She will appear in court May 9.
Mark R. Shaknaitis, 59, of Henderson Street, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:07 a.m. He was to appear in court May 9.
Erica L. Laliberte, 54, of Hitchcock Road, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol; following too close with an accident; and operating a motor vehicle while using a hand-held electronic device at 9:50 a.m. She will appear in court May 9.
Kenneth Altberg, 43, of Berkshire Drive, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation/suffocation at 3:45 p.m. He was to appear in court April 28.
April 26
Kevin Winebrenner, 42, of Savage Street, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 10 p.m. He will appear in court May 9.
Jonathan Thomas Siarkowski, 30, of West Street, Plantsville, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:33 p.m. He will appear in court May 9.
Emily Michelle Jackman, 20, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 5:03 a.m. She was to appear in court April 28.
April 27
John Marshal Richard, 56, of Brentley Drive, Shelton, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; falsifying marker/registration plates; improper use of marker/license/registration; and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 5:01 p.m. He will appear in court May 9.
Christopher Alan Hurlock, 40, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call at 2:12 a.m. He was to appear in court April 28.
