April 8

Rebecca Lynne Turek, 35, of Morningside Lane, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:50 a.m. She was to appear in court April 9.

Justin Kace Parsell, 32, of Henry Avenue, Stratford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court April 8.

April 9

Walter Danilo Ramos-Gregario, 35, of Milwaukee Avenue, Bethel, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive on the right at 2:30 p.m. He was to appear in court April 23.

Jennifer Ramirez, 44, of Burton Street, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 10:02 a.m. She was to appear in court April 9.

David Pasquariello, 39, of Skiff Street, North Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, theft of plates/inserts, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and fourth-degree larceny at 10:10 a.m. He was to appear in court April 9.

Jannette Irizarry-Rodriguez, 39, of Elm Street, Meriden, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault at 12:30 a.m. She was to appear in court April 9.

April 10

Cristy Urbaez-Brito, 22, of East Main Street, Bridgeport, was charged with criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:46 p.m. He was to appear in court April 23.

Lucas Michael Rouleau, 31, of no certain address, Southington, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; violation of a protective order; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 6:19 p.m. He was to appear in court April 11.

April 10

Janessa Kirk, 31, of Shuttle Meadow Avenue, New Britain, was charged with violation of a protective order at 5:33 p.m. She was to appear in court April 11.

Corey Christopher Keysworth, 38, of Weston Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order, sixth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court April 10.

April 11

Adrianna Marie Luciano, 22, of Genesee Street, New Haven, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:10 p.m. She was to appear in court April 25.

Kyle M. Hamera, 40, of Minthal Drive, Southington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia at 4:08 p.m. He was to appear in court April 25.

Brandon Garcia, 51, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and violation of traffic control signals at 11:02 p.m. He was to appear in court April 25.

Amy Autumn Cayer, 25, of Sun Valley Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; evading responsibility of injury/property damage; following too closely; and unsafe backing at 7:40 p.m. She was to appear in court April 25.

Dylan P. Biter, 32, of Mesa Drive, Bethany, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to have identification of insurance; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and evading responsibility for injury/property amage at 10:28 p.m. He was to appear in court April 25.

April 14

Brett Adam Valentine, 38, of Stonebridge Court, Cheshire, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; operating under the influence with a child under the age of 18 as a passenger; failure to cmply with fingerprint requirements; risk of injury to a child; and intefering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 5:45 p.m. He was to appear in court April 15.

April 15

Ramon Antonio Perez, 44, of Mill Ridge Road, Danbury, was charged with falsifying marker/license/registration; improper use of marker/license/registration; two counts of illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 1:28 p.m. He will appear in court April 29.

Alexandria Jamie Ortiz, 32, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 1 a.m. She was to appear in court April 15.

April 16

Cezary T. Planner, 62, of High Ridge Drive, Newington, was charged with issuing a bad check greater than $2,000 at 6:45 a.m. He will appear in court April 30.

Derek Jay Bush, 49, of Bayard Avenue, North Haven, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; use of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance; and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle at 11:35 p.m. He will appear in court May 1.

April 17

Anthony V. Dellarose, 46, of George Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and physical threatening at 9:07 a.m. He was to appear in court April 21.

April 18

Saliena Sepulveda, 41, of Meadow Street, Naugatuck, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree breach of peace at 4:48 p.m. She was to appear in court April 21.

Jonathan Mark Rizzo, 23, of Cliffmount Drive, Bloomfield, was charged with simple trespassing at 4:50 a.m. He will appear in court May 2.

Davis Matthew Nutter, 25, of Holly Lane, Mattapoisett, Mass., was charged with simple trespassing at 4:49 a.m. He will appear in court May 2.

Bonnie Lasky, 58, of Windham Road, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct, threatening, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 10 p.m. She was to appear in court April 21.

Robert Daraz, 19, Foxboro Drive, Newington, was charged with simple trespassing at 4:54 a.m. He will appear in court May 2.

Kyle Andrew Burnham, 18, of Robbins Avenue, Newington, was charged with simple trespassing at 4:53 a.m. He will appear in court May 2.

April 19

Deria Ali Mohamud, 51, of Wooddale Drive, Unionville, was charged with improper use of marker/license/registration; theft of plates/inserts; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 1:30 a.m. He will appear in court May 2.

Richard E. Gagne, 52, of State Street, Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation, and second-degree forgery at 8:53 p.m. He will appear in court May 1.

April 21

Roger Hubeny, 67, of Frost Street, Southington, was charged with physical threatening at 10:20 a.m. He was to appear in court April 22.
