Dioris Manuel Vargas, 26, of Fox Street, Waterbury, was charged with passing in a no-passing zone, illegal operation of a motor vehicle to harass/intimidate, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to display lights, and second-degree breach of peace at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court July 8.
Yocary Rojas, 35, of Southern Boulevard, Bronx, N.Y., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of burglar tools, second-degree criminal trespassing, criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny at 5:18 a.m. She will appear in court July 8.

June 18
Randy Lance Rushing, 39, of North Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening (violence to terrorize) at 7:45 p.m. He was to appear in court June 26.
Henry Ortiz-Ortiz, 35, of Jordan Street, New Britain, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle at 9:51 a.m. He was to appear in court June 18.
Jessie Gove, 40, of Hayes Road, Windsor Locks, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 2:49 p.m. He will appear in court July 2.
June 19
Erich J. Niedermayer, 40, of Meriden Waterbury Turnpike, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 11 p.m. He will appear in court July 3.
Ethan Hayes-Howard, 18, of Norton Street, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:48 a.m. He will appear in court July 3.
June 21
Edwin Rodriguez-Gonzalez, 34, of Birth Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling too fast for conditions, evading responsibility for injury/property damage, following too closely (causing accident), and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 10:30 a.m. He will appear in court July 7.
Kenneth T. Lockhart, 34, of Beech Street, Bristol, was charged with criminal attempt at fifth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, and first-degree forgery at 10:21 a.m. He will appear in court July 8.
Angel David Cayambe Quingua, 23, of Lyman Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 5 p.m. He was to appear in court June 23.
June 22
Frank Damiano, 64, of Mastrianni Place, Plantsville (Southington), was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, improper turn, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:10 p.m. He was to appear in court June 26.
June 23
David Paul Verchinski, 40, of Wedgewood Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 3:39 p.m. He was to appear in court June 24.
James Samuel Smiles, 60, of Buckland Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at noon. He will appear in court July 7.
Alyssa Rae Roth, 35, of Rourke Avenue, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 9:16 p.m. She was to appear in court June 24.
Juan Medina, 41, of Exterior Street, Bronx, N.Y., was charged with falsifying marker/license/registration, illegal alter of a motor vehicle ID number, illegal operation of a chop shop, motor vehicle title certificate fraud, second-degree larceny, second-degree telephone fraud, criminal impersonation and second-degree forgery at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court June 24.
Anthony Frederick Bach, 27, of Marlborough Street, Portland, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and E-stalking/emotional distress to a person at 10:40 p.m. He was to appear in court June 24.
