May 6

Lewis Elliot Marley, 58, of North Colony Road, Meriden, was charged with tampering with a witness, second-degree harassment, and violation of a standing protective order at 7:20 p.m. He was to appear in court May 7.

May 9

Alfonso Herrera-Paulino, 29, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint at 10:47 a.m. He was to appear in court May 12.

May 10

Clayton Charles Keller, 34, of Limerock Road, Lakeville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; driving the wrong way on a one-way street; and failure to obey a stop sign at 1:12 a.m. He will appear in court May 22.

May 11

Eloy N. Ramos, 34, of Howe Road, New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 1:59 a.m. He will appear in court May 23.

Jonathan Felix, 35, of Arch Street, New Britain, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and violation of probation at 2:45 p.m. He was to appear in court May 12.

May 12

Richard Francis Hogan, 38, of Forestville Avenue, Plainville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 7:45 p.m. He was to appear in court May 13.

Kyle M. Hamera, 40, of Minthal Drive, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 9:33 a.m. He will appear in court May 23.
