The town recently announced a new service called "Property Check," which is a free service that helps protect residents from potential property and mortgage fraud.

Cott Systems PropertyCheck will automatically alert people of any land record recordings regarding the name(s) you specified.
Residents are allowed to create as many variations of their name as they want and select how you would like to receive notifications.
