[Photos] Heavy Rains Flood Parts of South Windsor
Heavy rains created makeshift ponds in South Windsor and neighboring towns.
A sudden, intense downpour in the area dumped buckets of water on South Windsor Wednesday, resulting in flooding in parts of the town.
Along Sullivan Avenue, small temporary ponds formed in front of businesses and one car stalled out after driving through a flooded portion of Morgan Farms Road.
South Windsor firefighters were seen draining water out of the Mill on the River property.
