Due to the anticipated high temperatures predicted for this week, the town of South Windsor will open two cooling centers.The Charles N. Enes Community Center will be open as a cooling center Monday through Friday (July 15 - 19) from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.The South Windsor Public Library will be open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The library will be open Friday as a cooling center from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
