South Windsor Police Department's Tip-A-Cop is Today

Join the South Windsor Police Department at its Tip-A-Cop fundraiser to benefit Connecticut Special Olympics today at the Red Onion Restaurant at 855 Sullivan Ave. from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Police officers will serve as waiters and waitresses, and all of the tips received by the officers will be donated to the Special Olympics of Connecticut. The 2012 event raised $7,000 for this great cause.
