South Windsor Police Log for July 16 - 17

The following information was provided by the South Windsor Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Lisa Giano, 23, of Manchester, was charged on July 17 with three counts of criminal violation of a protective order, criminal trespass and interfering with an officer.  She was later released on a $10,000 surety bond and was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on July 18.

Officers found Giano at an Oakland Road home in violation of a court order that prohibits her from being on the property. Giano initially refused to exit the house to speak with officers, but eventually cooperated and was taken into custody. The arrest warrants were served at that time.

Cassandra Mulvey, 23, of East Hartford, was charged on June 16 with failure to pay or plead (on an Infraction) and was later released on a $300 cash bond. Mulvey is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on July 25.

Mulvey’s charge stems from an unanswered, unpaid ticket for allowing a dog to roam issued to her in April 2013.
