South Windsor Police Log: Jan. 6

Jessie Harbold, age 24, of 67 Naubuc Avenue, East Hartford, was arrested by warrant Jan. 3 and charged with forgery in the second degree and larceny in the fifth degree. He was later released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Jan. 16, 2014. Harbold’s charges stem from a 2012 investigation into a fraudulent transaction involving the sale of a car with a forged title.  Officers later obtained an arrest warrant for Harbold which was served Friday.
