The two teens who went missing Thursday have been located and returned home, according to the South Windsor police. Police spokesman Sgt. Scott Custer said that Jasolyn Lazu, 14, and Leah Marrero, 13, who were last seen in the West Hartford area, were located in Wethersfield.
