South Windsor Police Searching For Owner of Bike, Backpack

The following is a press release from the South Windsor Police Department: 

On Wednesday July 31, 2013 at about 11:30 p.m. South Windsor Police were dispatched to a suspicious persons incident on Twin Circle Drive.  A neighbor reported 3 young males behind one of the condo buildings acting suspiciously. The males fled prior to the police arrival and left behind a bike and a backpack. Anyone with information about the owner of these items is requested to contact Agent Ron Littell at 860-644-2551.
