South Windsor Police Add Officer With Prior Law-Enforcement Experience

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — The South Windsor Police Department announced that a new officer has officially joined the department.
According to police, Niloshna Courchesne comes to South Windsor as a lateral transfer from another Connecticut police department and brings prior law-enforcement experience to the role. In addition to her policing background, Courchesne also serves as a medic in the Army National Guard.
