South Windsor Police: Woman Attempts to Shoplift Bras, Candy Bar
Ciera Spence, 19, was charged with sixth degree larceny.
A Hartford woman is facing a larceny charge after she was caught allegedly shoplifting four bras and a candy bar from the Target store in South Windsor on Friday.
South Windsor officers arrested the woman, Ciera Spence, 19, of 35 West Raymond Street. Hartford, and charged her with larceny in the sixth degree.
